A MyHomePassport renter may also opt into our MyCreditBooster system. This means that we report their rental payments directly to Equifax and Experian which boosts their credit ratings. This reduces the risk of default as it will also impact on their creditworthiness.
MyHomePassport renters choose to use our system as it saves time, costs and risks for landlords, it is the only system that can never be ‘out of date’ as a LiveUpdater financial and credit report can be activated in real time, right up to the point of signing contracts.
