    You will receive a viewing request from a fully vetted tenant and a follow up call from the MyHomePassport team.

  2. Step 2

    You contact the tenant direct to arrange a viewing.

  3. Step 3

    The renter will allow full access to their referencing documents, including ID/background reports, credit and financial data. You can instantly download all documents for your records.

  4. Step 4

    At the point of signing contracts you may ask the renter to trigger their LiveUpdater, an instant and real-time financial / credit data check to ensure there have been no anomalies since the date of the original report.
